DALLAS, September 04, 2026--Arcosa, Inc. (NYSE: ACA) ("Arcosa" or the "Company"), a provider of infrastructure-related products and solutions, today announced that the Company’s stockholders approved the acquisition by CRH (NYSE: CRH) at its special meeting on September 4, 2026. Arcosa will disclose the final, certified voting results on a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
