BRAEMAR HOTELS & RESORTS DECLARES PREFERRED DIVIDENDS FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2026
Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. (NYSE: BHR) ("Braemar" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") declared a quarterly cash dividend for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2026 for the Company's 5.5% Series B Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock equal to: $0.3438 per share, which will be paid on January 15, 2027 to stockholders of record as of December 30, 2026.
