Its main product candidate DM199 (rinvecalinase alfa) is a recombinant form of human tissue kallikrein-1, which is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring protease enzyme kallikrein-1 and a rhKLK1 undergoing clinical development studies in both AIS and PE. The other product candidate in the company's pipeline is DM300, its patented recombinant human ulinastatin, a broad-spectrum serine protease inhibitor, being developed as a potential therapy for severe acute pancreatitis.
