QEP Acquires Spray-Lock®, Expanding Its Adhesives Manufacturing Platform
BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Q.E.P. CO., INC. (OTCQX: QEPC) (the “Company” or “QEP”) today announced that, on September 1, 2026, it completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Spray-Lock, Inc.
