Endexx Corp announces leadership shakeup - Investing.com
Endexx Corp, a Nevada-based business services company, has announced significant changes in its executive leadership. Todd Davis has resigned as the sole officer and Chairman of the Board, but will continue to serve as a board member and CEO of the company's subsidiary, CBD Unlimited, Inc. The Board of Directors has taken on the responsibilities of CEO and CFO, and has appointed Brad Listermann as the interim executive officer.
