VF Corp CEO on 2Q, Vans Recovery and Affordable Luxury

Bracken Darrell, CEO of VF Corp says sales were down 9% in the first half of the year but are expected to decline 2% or less in the second half, putting the brand on track to turn positive "at some point soon."
